Sweet and Savoury Soufflé - Private Class for Wellington Foodies

The goat’s cheese soufflé at Elements Café is by far one of the most popular dishes on the menu. In this class Zoe will teach you how to make the perfect sweet and savory soufflés. Not a flop in sight!

We’ll whip up a batch of super light and fluffy goats cheese soufflés and bake them to perfection. While they are in the oven we’ll make a sweet berry soufflés for desert.

When our soufflés are puffed and perfectly cooked we’ll all sit down and enjoy dinner and a glass of wine together.
