Knowing how to make a risotto well is an basic kitchen skill. In this class Luke will take you though the essential steps required to make a consistently good risotto time after time. You will learn how to make a basic risotto before moving onto different flavour combinations.
When you have finished cooking your own risotto, we will all sit down for dinner together, accompanied with a glass of vino or soft drink.
