Chef Luca, originally from a small town near Rome, will take you step-by-step through the process, from how to make authentic fresh pasta dough to how to form your favourite pasta shapes.
We will discuss ingredients, different types of flour, different techniques for mixing pasta dough. We will mix our batches by hand and roll out a few different styles using pasta machines.
Our Pasta Chef will share our super delicious and easy signature Pasta Dough recipe, plus tons of tricks to make all those pasta shapes you love to eat. Learn to knead, roll and cut pasta into Fettuccine, Tagliolini or Pappardelle.
The Chef will also show you how to make some really quick and delicious easy sauces for your pasta that you can make for your family or group of friends.
