Get hands on and discover the magical world of the chocolatier with international chocolate expert Elle Coco. This session kicks off with a fun and tasty history lesson, exploring the truths and legends of the chocolate world.
Next you’ll discover the amazing range of flavours that can be found in chocolate in a delicious tasting of bean to bar chocolates from New Zealand and beyond. You’ll also be sampling cacao nibs (the magic ingredient in all your chocolate bars) and take a look at some real cacao pods - the fruit from which chocolate is made.
Then, after an insightful demonstration it’s time to pipe the perfect truffles, and temper molten chocolate for your most decadent creations. Everything is yours to take home in ribbon tied bags or boxes, provided you haven’t eaten it all in the class!
